• Booking Appointments: You can book appointments online through the Website, by phone, or in person.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the length of your service may be shortened to accommodate other guests. The full-service fee will still be charged.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
• Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.

• Prices for services are subject to change without notice.
• We accept all major credit cards and cash for payment.
• Payment is due at the time of service.

• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions and discounts at any time.
